PRACTICE:
With more than 25 years of experience in architecture, Mr. Thomas has
consistently served as lead architect for numerous projects in the areas of retail,
commercial and residential; concentrating most of his professional work and experience in and around the Ventura County area. His
knowledge and experience of conceptual design through construction documents and field observation, has put him heads above
his contemporaries.
‘Residential Projects’- include extensive client/architect collaboration
to achieve the clients desires and working with the selected contractors to achieve the most efficient and economical
results. From site development to color selections, we strive to give you the home that you want.
Mr.
Thomas has been involved in all aspects of residential development; from tract homes, apartments and condominiums to 10,000
sq. ft. ‘custom homes’. He has never advertised, always relying on previous client referrals for future business.
